About Me
Pepi Tselebi is a contemporary painter based in Thessaloniki, Greece. She blends the warmth of her Mediterranean temperament with the precise eye of a former interior designer. She believes that harmony is rarely linear—it can just as easily emerge from chaos.
By day, she designed bespoke high-end kitchens and bathrooms for a leading design firm; by night, she offered freelance interior design consultations—all while being a full-time mother of two. She often claims that her greatest pieces aren’t on canvas at all but are her children.
Her painting journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic—first as an escape, then as an obsession, and ultimately as a source of balance and healing.

Working with acrylics, liquid glass, texture pastes, gold leaf, and other mediums, she layers surfaces with depth and tactility. Abstract painting is her chosen language—a way to travel wherever her mind needs to go, guided by a love for color, form, and unexpected compositions.
Pepi draws inspiration from both the serene and the unsettling—the way light fractures through storm clouds, the rough weave of forgotten fabric, the restless pull of the sea, and the shadow that lingers after joy. She paints to travel, speak without words, and still her thoughts. Each work distills these moments into pieces that feel timeless yet deeply personal—art that can anchor or electrify any space.
